What’s Included in a commercial boiler service?
Our standard service includes flue gas analysis, cleaning the heat exchanger, cleaning the condensate siphon, checking/changing electrodes, flame shape/colour, ingnition probes, temperature sensors, gas filter, air box, dirt trap, non return valve, venture, fan, burner assembly and a visual inspection of ancillary equipment. A gas fired commissioning, service and safety report is issued with every service.
What’s included in a commercial heat pump service?
Our standard heat pump service includes but is not limited too: visual inspection of all key components, cleaning of the air filters and clear any debris from fan blades, replace any blocked filters, assess the condition of fans, compressors and all electrical connections, check refrigerant, ensure there are no leaks on the refrigerant, assess run times for the pumps, and check the compressors are starting correctly.
